{"id":10245,"date":"2022-07-14T12:23:30","date_gmt":"2022-07-14T10:23:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/old.dataintelligence.at\/?p=10245"},"modified":"2022-07-14T12:23:31","modified_gmt":"2022-07-14T10:23:31","slug":"identifying-and-specifying-gaps-in-interoperability-in-data-spaces","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/old.dataintelligence.at\/en\/identifying-and-specifying-gaps-in-interoperability-in-data-spaces\/","title":{"rendered":"Identifying and Specifying Gaps in Interoperability in Data Spaces"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 data-fontsize=\"42\" data-lineheight=\"46.2px\">News from the TRUSTS project<\/h2>\n<p class=\"entry-title fusion-post-title fusion-responsive-typography-calculated\" data-fontsize=\"42\" data-lineheight=\"46.2px\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">On Friday 3rd of June 2022 around 45 experts in the field of data spaces, data markets and (semantic) interoperability met at <\/span><a style=\"font-size: 16px;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.wu.ac.at\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Vienna University of Economics<\/a><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u00a0to discuss the topic of (semantic) interoperability in data spaces.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<div class=\"post-content\">\n<p>After a short intro of the agenda the PC chair of the workshop\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.linkedin.com\/in\/sebastiansteinbuss\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sebastian Steinbuss<\/a>\u00a0(CTO of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/internationaldataspaces.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">International Data Space Association<\/a>) moderated a panel with:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/bach.wu-wien.ac.at\/d\/research\/ma\/13928\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sabrina Kirrane<\/a>\u00a0(University of Economics Vienna),\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.linkedin.com\/in\/pierreantoinechampin\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pierre-Antoine Champin<\/a>\u00a0(W3C), and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/de.linkedin.com\/in\/langechristoph\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Christoph Lange-Bever<\/a>\u00a0(Fraunhofer Germany) about interoperability and related standardisation efforts and the topic of data usage control.\u00a0This introduction into the events topic was followed by 10 lightning talks \u2013 for details of speakers and topics see the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.trusts-data.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/05\/Workshop_Interoperability_3rdJune2022_Agenda_Status20220527-1.pdf\">workshop agenda<\/a>\u00a0\u2013 that were selected by the workshops\u2019 Programme Committee from the submitted position papers.
