In doing so, we aim to positively shape society&#8217;s image of women in IT. In other words: We have made it our goal to make the industry more attractive for women.<\/p>\n<p>We use role models to show the diversity of the sector, present the many different career images and point out social and economic advantages for companies. We provide impetus for the promotion of young talent and work closely with other associations, organise regular networking meetings and speak at conferences on topics including &#8220;Diversity &amp;
